Dr. Susan Berkow is a nutrition consultant located in the Washington, DC area. She develops and conducts educational workshops in nutrition for allied health care professionals. In addition, she maintains a private clinical practice focused on obesity and weight management, diabetes, eating disorders, and women's health.

The faculty in the department has expertise in bio statistics and psycho metrics, family medicine, psychiatry, nursing, exercise physiology, nutrition, international health, public health and epidemiology, rehabilitation science, and gerontology.
