Online Orientation

NOTE: Beginning with the Summer 2008 semester, many courses will be delivered via Blackboard CE6. View video tutorials on CE6's features.

Our online courses are delivered using WebCT 4.1 as the primary interface. You can visit https://webct41.gmu.edu/webct/public/home.pl to log in with the temporary user name and password provided below to view an orientation course.

This orientation is designed to allow you to view and navigate the learning modules and tools used in WebCT for your online courses.

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer when visiting WebCT. Otherwise you will have difficulty accessing the streaming video files.

Please be sure to provide us feedback on the orientation module by completing the evaluation section in the course.

Once you are enrolled and have an active GMU email account, you will use your permanent user name and password to access the class.
