The Mission of the College of Health and Human Services Department of Business Development is to promote the teaching, research, and service functions of the College and the University in a consultative liaison role. The Associate Dean of Business Development is responsible for assisting the Dean with planning and monitoring the budget process, coordinating new product development, and, working with faculty and staff to implement new and improved programs and products. The Associate Dean for Business Development works with leaders from all areas of the University in order to accomplish the goals of the College.
