Renee Milligan, FAAN, PhD, WHNP-BC

Renee Milligan, PhD, RNC is a clinical professor, a women's health advance practice nurse (WHNP-BC), and a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN). Dr. Milligan has extensive experience in faculty practice and in grants and project management. She has a long history of working with underserved low-income patients, both as a researcher and a practitioner. Dr. Milligan teaches in the nurse practitioner (NP) and the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs. She practices at The Pregnancy Aid Center, a clinic for low-income women, in College Park, Maryland, is coordinator of the DNP and NP programs, and is director of the George Mason Partners in Access to Healthcare (PATH) program and clinician in the satellite MAP clinics.
