Dr. Swezy has spent over 30 years administering health programs in economically challenged countries around the world, largely within the NGO sector. He has overseen programs from the US with frequent short-term travel for on-site monitoring and evaluation in over 40 less developed countries and has had five long-term residential assignments in Laos, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Sudan, and Vietnam. An expert in health program implementation from the community to the national levels, he currently teaches a graduate course on International Health Organizations.
