Mellen Tanamly, MPH

Ms. Tanamly who holds also a Masters of Science Degree in Public Health Nutrition is a public health nutrition consultant who has more than 30 years of global health experience. She has worked in the Middle East, Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean developing, managing and evaluating health and nutrition programs. She currently teaches two courses at our department: “Strategies for Nutrition Education”, and “the US Role in Global Health, Nutrition and Population Past, Present and Future.” She also teaches Maternal and Child Nutrition and Nutrition and Chronic Disease at the George Washington University School of Public Health.
