Thank you for your interest in the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) at George Mason. The CHHS Office of Student Affairs processes all second-gate applications to our Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is responsible for graduate program admissions for most CHHS departments. This site will provide information regarding our academic programs, application guidelines, and information sessions.
To request information or to register your interest in any CHHS degree program, contact Mason’s central Office of Admissions. We strongly encourage you to do this so we can provide you with better service and keep you informed about upcoming events relevant to your program of interest.
We encourage all applicants to visit Mason in order to become familiar with our dynamic campus. The Mason website offers a number of resources for students and parents planning to visit campus. Please note that campus tours are not coordinated through the College of Health and Human Services. All tours are offered through Mason’s central Office of Admissions. We encourage students to schedule a campus visit online or contact the Office of Admissions directly at 703-993-2400. Before visiting, check out this page for visitor resources.
BSN Information Sessions
Prospective students are strongly encouraged to attend a BSN information session for their program of interest. At the end of each presentation, students have an opportunity to meet briefly with an advisor to answer any specific questions they may have. Register for an upcoming BSN information session.
Prospective Student Walk-in Hours
The CHHS Office of Student Affairs offers walk-in hours on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Due to the volume of prospective students, advisors can only meet briefly with students, approximately 10 minutes. Please review the information on the website and come prepared with your specific questions. A nursing simulator lab tour may be available during walk-in hours, depending on current class schedules. We cannot arrange lab tours at any other times.
