The College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) prepares students for success in a variety of health and human services professions. We offer a variety of graduate degrees and certificates in public health, global health, health systems management, health informatics, nursing, social work, nutrition and food studies, health and medical policy, and rehabilitation science. Faculty and students engage in research and scholarly activities in order to improve the lives of individuals, families, and communities. Our graduates enjoy meaningful careers as clinicians, educators, social workers, researchers, administrators, and policymakers. George Mason’s proximity to the nation’s capital—the epicenter of world health and human services policy—is extremely advantageous for students seeking internships and career opportunities.
