International Admissions

Application deadlines for international applicants are one month prior to published deadlines for domestic applicants.

Immigration regulations limit the number of online courses international students in F-1 status can count towards their full-time enrollment. For more information, visit the website of the Office of International Programs and Services.

We ask that students admitted during the spring semester please take into consideration the numerous U.S. state and federal holidays in December and January during which Mason and government offices will be closed. We ask for your patience as your I-20 documents and visa are processed and sent to you. Please see the academic calendar for the university holiday schedule.

Undergraduate Students

In order to gain admission to a College of Public Health undergraduate program, students must apply to the university. If you have questions, contact Mason’s Office of Admissions directly at 703-993-2000.

Graduate Students

To gain admission into most College of Public Health graduate programs, applicants must submit an application for graduate admission to the university.

The application process for the Master of Science in Global Health and the Master of Public Health requires an application to be submitted via SOPHAS. Please visit the Department of Global and Community Health’s graduate admissions website for further details.
