Renee Milligan, FAAN, PhD, WHNP-BC

Renee Milligan, FAAN, PhD, WHNP-BC is a clinical professor, a women's health advance practice nurse, and a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. Dr. Milligan has extensive experience in faculty practice and in grants and project management. She has a long history of working with underserved low-income patients, both as a researcher and a practitioner. Dr. Milligan teaches in the nurse practitioner (NP) and the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs. She practices at The Weinberg Women’s Health Center, a clinic for low-income women, in College Park, Maryland, is faculty in the DNP and NP programs, and is clinician in the satellite MAP clinics.
