"Forks over Knives" Nutritionist T. Colin Campbell to Present the 2014 Gras Lecture

Dr. Campbell's lecture, "Why food choice is our best bet for personal health, societal health, and planet health," will examine the relationship between technological change and human life and the environment. The event will be held April 24, 2014 in Johnson Center Dewberry Hall, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
