Dr. Sorina Eftim is an adjunct professor in the Department of Global and Community Health. Her research interests are evaluating the health effects of exposures to air pollution, environmental epidemiology, and cancer epidemiology. Dr. Eftim also leads efforts requiring the analysis and performance of human health risk assessments, and conducts literature reviews and meta-analyses. Dr. Eftim has extensive teaching experience in biostatistics at the undergraduate and graduate level. She is also a Senior Technical Specialist at ICF, where she leads environmental risk and toxicology projects. She is also an member of the Advisory Board in the Department of Global and Community Health.
