Biography

Tammy started as an adjunct instructor in the BSW Program at George Mason in 2014.  She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from The University of Mary Washington and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Tammy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has worked in a variety of outpatient, mental health, substance abuse treatment, and crisis intervention settings.  She also owned a counseling practice with specializations in treating chronic anxiety and mood disorders.
