Biography
Joshua Fleck has over a decade of experience in higher education, handling budget, finance, HR, and procurement using sponsored and non-sponsored funds. Prior to joining the College of Public Health in 2020, he worked at George Washington University, handling various portfolios in their Schools of Medicine, Public Health, Education, Arts & Sciences, and working for the Office of the President.
