Measles, Vaccines and the State Exemption Laws: Understanding Critical Science Issues

This webinar was held on February 19, 2015

The recent measles outbreak highlighted the patchwork of state vaccine medical exemption laws. This webinar discussed the epidemiology of measles, and the state laws and “toolbox” of legislature mandates used. It explored the current cost and public health practice of responding to a suspect measles case. Presenters also shared resources to inform future discussions.
