Information for All Faculty

Faculty should arrive at the Hospitality Room of EagleBank Arena an hour prior to the ceremony to robe.  Light refreshments will be available.  Although we will have a staff member assigned to the Hospitality Room during the ceremony, please do not leave valuables in the room during the ceremony.

9:40 a.m.:  The faculty marshal will direct the faculty to form a line just outside of the loading dock doors to be ready for the procession into the arena.  Honorary faculty marshals (retiring faculty) will lead the faculty into the arena and assist with seating.  A program will be on each seat.  Faculty who are marshals with assignments to assist with student line-up in Parking Lot A should be in Parking Lot A by 9:15 a.m.  See Marshal information below.
